My mom is a 101 years old and this transportation service provided us with the ultimate experience and comfort. I really appreciate the provider for keeping us informed of our trip arrangements such as what time they would be arriving at our home, notifying us of the driver’s arrival, and keeping us updated on when the driver would be picking us up from our destination. I really admire the level of care and professionalism of the drivers and this transportation provider. They went above and beyond my expectations of taking care of my mom. The customer service was impeccable. It is quite obvious that the owners, staff and drivers are very committed to making sure their customers receive the highest level of safety, reliability, respect, convenience and compassionately care they deserve. This company is by far the best non emergency transportation provider in Jacksonville and surrounding areas. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.
